ICC-ES Evaluation

MAGNUM® Piering attests that all of its helical pile products have been designed to meet or exceed ICC-ES AC358 criteria. We first use an internal quality-assurance testing program. After this, we incorporate an independent IAS accredited laboratory. They conduct the product testing in accordance with ICC-ES AC358 Evaluation Criteria for Helical Foundation Manufacturing

Magnum Piering has successfully completed ICC-ES evaluation on:
MH325BG, MH325BRG and MS150BG helical piles. MP325 push pier. MHC1300-3K55BG, MHC1300-3M6565BR2G, MSC1300-150M55BG plate caps. MHC1080-31024B, MHC1080-31024BR2 and MSC1080-150824BG tension caps. The MP1001-3, MP1002-3, MP-1005-3 and MP1030-150G side load bracket.

ICC-ES based testing has been completed on Magnum’s MS175B, and MH547 Helical Piles. This testing has been completed on a number of caps and brackets as well. All this from independent IAS-accredited labs. MAGNUM® has a continuing program to expand its ICC-ESR reporting. ICC-ES evaluation under the AC358 criteria means that Magnum’s products meet or exceed the most up-to-date industry standards. This gives you a high level of assurance that the foundation repair product will perform as designed

MAGNUM® Piering’s director of engineering, Dr. Howard Perko, served as the lead consultant for the Ad Hoc Committee of Helical Foundation Manufacturers. This committee drafted the AC358. Magnum Piering was one of the first companies to apply to ICC-Evaluation Services, Inc., for a report number under the new AC358 criteria.
