As you can tell from above, quality runs through everything we do at Magnum Piering. We are committed to a policy of quality and to exceeding our customer’s expectations. We do this by focusing our efforts on continually improving our process and our customer service. For us, though, it all begins with the quality of the product we are producing. Our product lines are better because the steel we use is better.

Better Steel = Better Piles

Let’s delve a little deeper into the quality of our materials. Every single one of our Mangum 3.00” diameter helical pile and push pier products are manufactured from ASTM A513 steel tubing. We also use this in many of our other quality products. Why do we implement this particular steel tubing? We do so because it has a much higher carbon and alloy content which equals premium strength. Did you know? Many companies created their helical and resistance pile products from uncertified, rejected, or used materials. We always use new, premium materials. Our patented dual-cutting-edge (DCE) helix performs better than standard circular helical bearing plates. This is especially notable in difficult soil and bedrock conditions. The DCE helix provides all of the following superior qualities:

  • Truer installation process
  • Better tracking
  • Greater ability to cut through difficult soils including gravel, construction debris, and trash
  • Can penetrate medium hard bedrock formations with an SPT blow count up to 100 to 150 blows per foot.
  • Better chance of breaking through tough soil without need for pre-drilling

And as you can see from the graphic above, it isn’t just that we use the best materials. It is also that we use the best manufacturing process. We operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Not only do we have the best equipment possible, we have the absolute best personnel. Our team is dedicated to producing quality products for every dealer and installer. We never cut a single corner in the work we do, which means you can always count on the quality of our work. Check out our testimonials page to hear what people are saying about our work.
