Description

CADD files for an example commercial building foundation plan in a high seismic zone. Concrete grade beams connect concrete pile caps. Number of helical piles varies with cap type. Interior swimming pool isolated from foundation system. Concrete reinforcing and detailing by others. Some example specifications and installation criteria provided for the helical piles. This project demonstrates the importance of lateral bracing of pile caps in high seismic areas.
